Drink 3 cups of green tea a day, take 1 cup early in the morning, then after lunch and after dinner and see the best results.

Cinnamon

Make a drink of honey and cinnamon powder. Take 1 glass of lukewarm water, put 1 tbsp honey and ½ tsp cinnamon powder in it and drink it early in the morning.

Cabbage
