Gargling
The gargling with salt and warm water is best for the cough of your children, this remedy will relieve throat pain.
Honey and Cinnamon
Mix 1 tsp honey with ¼ tsp of cinnamon powder and take this after every 3 hours. This mixture is not only beneficial for kids but also for your whole family.
Vitamin C
Intake of vitamin C is also very effective for treating cold. You can take Vitamin C tablets as well as vitamin C rich foods such as parsley, kiwi, tomatoes, oranges, strawberries, lemons and broccoli.
Garlic Soup
Boiled six chopped cloves of garlic in 1 cup of water, and give your child 3 times a day.
Cardamom and Honey Mixture
Roast cardamom seeds 2 to 3 and crushed them and mix with 1 tbsp of honey and give your child daily.
Soup
Try to make daily or alternatively chicken soup in the winter season. Chicken soup is very effective for cold and effective for both kids and elders.
